A quick introduction

Recovered material, bought and moved properly

Greenview buys recovered cardboard, paper and plastics from businesses across the UK. We grade it, process it and move it on to the mills and reprocessors that use it.

That means one relationship rather than several: a named contact, a market-linked rate explained up front, and proper duty-of-care paperwork on every load. Collect from your site, or deliver into ours.

What we do

Recycling services for commercial operations.

We handle your recoverable material end to end: equipment, collections, processing and compliance reporting. Rebates are index-linked, with a full audit trail on every load.

What we buy & sell

Materials we recover, process and trade.

Graded and baled to mill specification. We work with commercial volumes, typically baled loads, or regular quantities by arrangement. Business sellers only.

How it works

How material moves through us.

We assess your waste streams, recommend the right equipment, and agree index-linked rebate pricing from the start.

Balers and containers to suit your site, with a collection schedule agreed around your operation.

Material is collected, sorted and baled to mill specification, then moved on to the reprocessing market that suits it.

You receive waste transfer documentation and a full audit trail on every load.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can't see what you need? Talk to our team. We'll give you a straight answer on volumes and rates.

Do you provide balers and equipment?

Yes. We can install balers and containers to suit your site and volumes, or you can deliver loose material into our yard and we'll bale it here.

What are your minimum volumes?

We work with commercial volumes, typically baled loads or regular quantities by arrangement. We're a business-to-business recycler, so we're not able to take one-off domestic quantities.

How does pricing and the rebate work?

Rebates are index-linked, so the rate moves with the market rather than being set by us and held. We explain how a rate is arrived at before you commit to anything, and every load carries a full audit trail so the paperwork matches what was collected.

Which areas do you cover?

We collect UK-wide. Our processing yard is in Garthorpe, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, which also serves as a delivery-in point.

Can I deliver material to you?

Yes. You can deliver loose or baled cardboard and plastics into our Garthorpe site, just outside Melton Mowbray, and we'll bale and process it here. Either way works. Collection from your site or delivery into ours, whichever fits your operation. We'll agree the details when we quote.

What materials do you handle?

Cardboard and OCC, mixed paper, the major polymers (LDPE, PP, HDPE, PET, EPS, PVC, PS), PP woven sacks, and surplus product from food manufacturers.

What materials do you buy?

Cardboard and paper, flexible films, and rigid polymers: sixteen grades in total. Each has its own page setting out what we take, how it should be presented, and what pulls a load down a grade. If you are not sure which grade your material is, tell us what you produce and we will work it out.

Does my material need to be clean?

It needs to be free of anything that is not the material itself. What that means in practice varies: cardboard needs to be dry and free of wax, film and general waste, while bulk bags just need to be empty and ordinary wear is expected. Contamination does not usually make a load unsellable, but it changes the grade. The material pages set out what matters for each one.

What paperwork do I get?

Waste transfer documentation on every load, and a full audit trail behind it. We are registered with the Environment Agency and hold a waste carrier registration, so the duty of care chain is documented from your site onwards.

Do you buy from individuals?

No. We work with businesses producing recoverable material regularly and in commercial volumes. If you have a one-off domestic quantity, your local authority or a household recycling centre is the right route.
